The Renovatio team is responsible for managing the daily clinical research conduct and operations, at its business associates’ sites under the principal investigator’s supervision and oversight as defined per the Good Clinical Practices guidelines and federal regulations.
TALAL A. KAYYAL, MD, MPH
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Kayyal is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Renovatio Clinical. He is a senior executive leader with extensive clinical research and biotechnology experience. He previously served as director of clinical research for multiple organizations. He also held faculty appointments as a clinical research instructor at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in clinical research at the Department of Family and Community Medicine at BCM as well.
Dr. Kayyal has been instrumental in clinical trial management and conduct in various medical disciplines. He has both a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, as well as a Doctorate of Medicine. He also serves as board member and primary reviewer on the institutional review board for BCM and affiliated hospitals in the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Kayyal actively participates in review panels of medical journals.
Alain G. Sayegh, MBA, MHA
Chief Operating Officer
Alain Sayegh serves as Chief Operating Officer for Renovatio Clinical. With 10+ years of experience in basic and clinical research, from academia to private, he is able to provide subject level expertise on various aspects of the business. In collaboration with our network, he has been able to identify strategic initiatives and partnerships that will facilitate the growth and viability of the organization. Alain holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Business and Healthcare Administration.

Chief Clinical Research & Compliance
Maya Fleyhan operates as Chief Clinical Research and Compliance at Renovatio Clinical. With a background in Biotechnology and a passion for patient advocacy, she oversees day to day operations of trial-related tasks including regulatory startup, compliance with protocol requirements, and quality control of all source documents.
Naim Andrea, MD
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Andrea serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Renovatio Clinical. With 2 decades of experience in clinical practice and healthcare management he is able to oversee the scientific aspects of the study protocols and recruitment. In addition, his expertise in data mining and data analysis helps establish solid foundations to the understanding of our community research needs.
Andreina Jaimes, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Andreina Jaimes operates as Chief Financial Officer at Renovatio Clinical. She has more than fifteen years of experience in reporting, planning, profitability and internal controls for public companies and accounting organizations such as Coca Cola Femsa, Sodexho Pass and Deloitte Venezuela. Andreina holds a Bachelors in Accounting from the Catholic University Andres Bello and a Master of Business Administration from the Metropolitan University in Venezuela.
